- • To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.
- • Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.
- • Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.

Please Note
- As per guidelines maximum 4 nights stay in a resort is possible, Bangaram island Resort has limited inventory and on first come first serve basis, booking can be done only against 50% payment in advance.We strongly recommend to issue flights only once accommodation is booked.
Liquor Policy:
- Consumption of liquor is prohibited in Lakshadweep except Bangaram Island.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
- • Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
- • If you cancel our contract any time to 30 days prior to your departure: a 5% service fee along with any non-refundable costs will be applied.
- • If you cancel our contract 30 to 16 days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 50% of total tour cost.
- • If you cancel our contract 15 to 0 (zero) days prior to your departure: you will have to pay 100% of total tour cost.
- • Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
- • No cancellations are allowed due to political reasons, cancellations of Trains Flights natural cancellations and reasons of personal nature...
